Fieldfare Millennium Awards
A Millennium Award Scheme supported by Funds from the National Lottery
The Fieldfare Millennium Awards gave 55 people with disabilities the opportunity to undertake projects that improved access to the countryside for themselves and others.
The Award scheme was based in Scotland and open to anyone with an idea that led to personal development and community benefit. This included people with mental health problems, physical disabilities, sensory impairments and learning difficulties.
Working in partnership with the Millennium Commission, Fieldfare have given out 55 Awards of between £2000 and £10,000.
